Loco Tours was referred to me by a friend that will only use them. I am so glad I listened to her. Carlos was AMAZING to work with!! He responded to my messages very quickly, was polite, knowledgeable, gracious and had great pricing. The customer service we received with him was more than 5 star! We booked an ATV tour last minute and he made it happen for us. We also booked a kayak/snorkel tour and my boyfriend booked a surfing lesson. Abraham was our guide/instructor for both of those. He was great! He made sure both experiences were enjoyable and informative. We will be back and will only use Carlos for our next trip to the Tamarindo area. Carlos hooked 3 of us up for surf lessons and it was awesome. Abraham our instructor was incredible. He took his time with us, even an old guy like myself he made sure we all got up and rode the waves. We highly recommend this tour company and the great people operating it. We did the snorkeling kayak tour today and it was awesome. We got so close to the wildlife there; I got see and hold an octopus, starfish, a sea cucumber, a puffer fish, and much more. We had a great time and it was awesome! Carlos was so kind and energetic getting everything set up. If you do this tour, ask for tour guide Roney!!!

We did the turtle hatching tour with Loco Tours. Everyone involved was so incredibly kind! The tour guide did a wonderful job and worked really hard to make sure we saw hatching babies as well as searched the beach for mama turtle for us. Highly recommend this experience.
